Artist's Comments

This is my oriental rising sun photoshop action!

I think it looks very cool but I want to know what you think. So please leave some comments and/or criticism.

Note: Sometimes the action messes up on Fill. If this happens skip Fill and click on Set Selection and then click play again.

Update: I fixed the action so the restrictions are now 2000x2000! So now you can use it with bigger images! I also fixed the action so that now there are way more stripes! So now there will always be a decent amount of stripes reguardless of the size of your image.

IF YOU USE THIS ACTION IN A DEVIATION I WOULD ASK THAT YOU PLEASE CREDIT ME FOR THE BACKGROUND OR AT LEAST SEND ME A LINK TO THE DEVIATION SO I CAN SEE IT.

Very nice! I do have another improvement for you. Perhaps you could have a step to select the number of stripes/rays. When I made a 600x800 document I only got 4 rays and I needed alot more than that. If you could figure out how to make it let you select the number of rays, that would make this action even better. :)

I fixed it. Try re-downloading it.

I tried the new one but it says "Could not fill because no pattern has been defined."

I'm using CS. I tried documents at 2000x2000, 1500x1500 and 600x800.

Ok I will try to fix it.
